I've taken my vehicles here for over 6 months and so far I've had an exceptional experience with this repair shop. (I've been to many before I found European Auto). Joe has gone above and beyond to satisfy this customer. He patiently worked with my warranty company and took the time to show me why the repairs were needed. He's worked on my F250 diesel and my Volvo, AND I didnt have to bring it back because it wasn't done right, AND the rates were fair. Joe is an encyclopedia on European cars - very knowledgeable and approachable. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone looking for honest work done right. The 45 minute drive is well worth it!
