These guys are the best!! Super honest & very reasonable. So glad to have found a great local repair place. I've been going here since moving to Falls several years ago & always very happy. My car needs a new locking mechanism on the driver's door. For 3+ weeks I left phone messages and on messenger which he always responded in the past. I could not get a response. Finally his wife called me & assured me I'd get a call never happened. I understand if they got very busy, however sometime in 3 weeks a message should have been returned. At some point businesse will slow down, your regulars may not be coming your way anymore.
