May 24, 2023Hello Dave, unfortunately we did not hear back from your warranty company which is why you did not receive a call back from us on Thursday, unfortunately we were closed today for a family emergency, i ask you reconsider your 1 star review as i was not planning on being closed. you were definitely not "left hanging" as your vehicle is perfectly drivable. I got a screw in my tire, stopped by this place as it was close to where I was and I must say, VERY friendly and helpful. Literally dropped everything, fixed it quick and sent me on my way. Just from my short experience I would recommend them. I was back on the road and able to get home.
