When I got home from picking up my car from being towed over the weekend, I found that there was damage to my front bumper. They asked me to bring my car in to determine whether or not they are at fault for the damage. I literally just bought this car two weeks ago and the damage wasn’t there prior to getting it towed. Super disappointed that this happened on top of everything else. Now I have to file a claim with my insurance company

May 24, 2023Upon reviewing the vehicle, we have determined that due to the height, varied scratches, and other discrepancies in the damage, that this was not caused by the towing. We have taken measurements, inspected our trucks, interviewed the driver and it just does not add up to any of the damage on your vehicle. I hope you will find the source of this unfortunate incident.
