I got T-Boned in my brand new 2022 Ford Escape and every shop wouldn’t give me the time of day until I called Jim Olson. My dad has used him for years so I knew I could trust him. Heather Olson was the lady I had communication with. I am so so thankful for this lady for how she handled my insurance lady, who had such a bad attitude. She was just an absolute saint. I wish I could show them an ounce of my appreciation. The parts took awhile to come in(thanks supply chain issues 2022) but within a week of receiving the parts my car was finished. I am happy about the staff kindness, the communication, and the quality of work. You should choose Jim Olson for those exact reasons too.
