I have taken my vehicle to BRB twice and each time they exceeded my expectations. Today, I took it in for some minor damage that happened on my passenger side back door, and they were able to buff it out while I was there and fix it all within maybe 10-15 minutes. Excellent customer service and friendly staff!! Mary (I believe that is her name) who works at the front desk was awesome. She kept me in the loop while I waited and was very understanding of my situation, even though I was a little embarrassed from how the damage happened. 10/10 recommend to anyone! 😊

Shop did a great job of reassembly my vehicle from $12,000 of deer damage. My car looked like new when I got it back. Would definitely recommend this shop

We unfortunately were involved in a hit and run with my wife's 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid. BRB went above and beyond to make sure not only the vehicle was repaired properly, but to also make sure we were taking care of.

It took more than 30 days to fix my vehicle. Used the max on my rental reimbursement so I couldn't use a rental when I had to have my vehicle looked at because they only filled my transmission less than 1/3 of the way up with fluid. My vehicle was whining and running rough when i picked it up from then. I took it to my mechanic who I've used for the last 15 years, who said the transmission hardly had any fluid in it! Apparently, it had just enough for the body shop to get it in gear to move it, but they forgot to fill it up completely! The certainly billed the insurance for a full transmission level of fluid though! I definitely won't be back! The least they you could do would be refund my $500 deductible
