Reese is very personable and professional. Not only did his team do an excellent job on my car, but when I returned to point out damage I incorrectly thought was caused by them, he non-defensively explained how one of the conditions was wear and tear (on my 17-year-old car) that I hadn't noticed before. He even offered to touch-up paint the worn area. Very impressive!! Easy to see why his shop is so busy!! I hope I can make referrals in the future.
