Had a smashed out window replaced on my HRV. Took cpl days to get a replacement as this happened on a weekend. But was done in a few hours. Can't say enough about the crew here. A+++ service!!

They charged me $160 of labor for diagnostics just to tell me they couldn't figure out the problem. Then when I raised concern, they said I could come back in early January when their engine expert was available and wouldn't charge me for diagnostics then (gee, thanks). I don't know about you, but if I bring something in for repair, I expect at least some answers if I'm going to pay for labor.
