I really enjoy going to Auto Select, specifically this location. I recommend many people to go here because of all the great people at this location as well as they have not made one mistake on my car. I lose trust in companies when there are mistakes made (lug nuts stripped, engine cap not put on, etc.) I have gone here probably 90% of the time for any fixes or maintenance on my car (I've done some of my own work on my car), I've never had any issues or mistakes being made on all things big or small at this Auto Select Location, so I trust their expertise on matters I can't do myself or with the help of friends/family. I have not been there once where I've been dismissed. Everyone is always willing to strike up a conversation and greet you with a smile. In my last visit they even provided me with a ride back and forth on two separate days knowing I didn't have my vehicle. They turn a not-so-fun errand into a nice enjoyable visit.

Everyone was friendly and explained everything that was bing done to my vehicle. The ride to work and back was also helpful.

The store staff is beyond friendly and welcoming and also very knowledgeable and helpful. Service was very quick.

Brought my car in because it was making a grinding noise. I thought it was coming from the front end but the team was able to identify the real issue and fix it within a couple of hours on friday afternoon. I'm grateful that it was taken care of in such a timely fashion and they were able to get me my vehicle back before the weekend.

Auto Select was clear on the cost and my repair options. I felt the prices were fair and my repairs were completed promptly. I intend to utilize their services in the future.

I’ve brought numerous cars here for service through the years. Recently brought mu Forester in for tires. Talked to Chris on a Friday, and had an appontment for Tuesday. Received a call about bad rear brakes so had those replaced too. Quick service, fair price, I recommend the South side shop!

Had another great experience here the other day. Work needed was covered in detail before hand. All work was timely done and cost estimate was right on, important for this retiree. Tire monitor sensor went bad & only & $112 to fix it. I figured around $200 & a whole lot less than I figured. I've been using AutoSelect since 2010 & never had to take a vehicle back in once, always fixed right. I had an ole Buick LeSabre I took in 3 times, because the battery kept going dead. The electric antenna had a short in it & AutoSelect charged a flat fee no matter how long or how many times it was in. They fixed it & gas mileage was 27.5 mpg on the highway, well maintained & traded it at 210,000 miles!
