Messed my cadillac up by leaving oil cap off after service at shop, along with other instances of new problems with my vehicles having issues right after leaving their shop, terrible mechanics!

I used to think this shop was honest and fair, until I brought my car in recently. I had a noise coming from my front end and couldn't figure out what was wrong. They proceeded to put in expensive new parts and never fixed the problem. $1100 later and I still hear the same noise coming from my front end. Yet another mechanic that robs you blind and doesn't fix the problem. What a joke!

Did not have my tire of choice but was super friendly and recommended a different shop who was able to get me in right away great service

These guys are fantastic. They fit us in as a last minute rush job. Fixed our Ford Focus and got us back on the road. Highly recommend!! Friendly and awesome service.

I just wanted to say this place is absolutely amazing I am 9 hours away from home on a trip to pick up a new piece of heavy equipment and there is not a single gas station I could find in town that had air I pulled in here these guys literally told me pull it up right now we'll get it done real quick they threw air in the tire and like 2 seconds didn't charge me a dime this place is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it I've been a technician for 16 years and just the etiquette of these people alone says that they care about what they're doing and says that they care about the car they're working on five stars 100% give these guys the opportunity for your business they deserve it and they've earned it

Had my car towed in today after finding some splash shield damage, and it started dragging. They fit me in between their full schedule, performed a temporary fix and will have an estimate to me next week for an affordable repair option. Tim and Matt were both wonderful and My tow was 3x the cost of the quick fix. I'm grateful.

When the local automotive dealership wouldn't help out, the guys at Accurate Automotive Care were happy to help someone in need. Our friend and customer was in town from a different state and her late model suv had a battery issue and wouldn't start. Not knowing anyone in town and after explaining the situation to the guys at Accurate, they sent someone over within 30 minutes and had our customer back on the road in no time. If you're looking for a business that takes care of their customers, this is it!

The entire crew at Accurate auto could not have been more friendly and professional. My car was having problems with the transmission for months. I brought it to these guys, within a week they had a diagnosis, parts ordered, and my car fixed. All for an extremely fair price. I will be bringing my vehicle here for all further maintenance needed, and recommend anyone else to do the same. You will not get this service or care anywhere else.
