Very unhelpful and unprofessional, no clue on availability or ability to service, rude and found better service at Pomps
The employees here are always helpful and kind. Keep up the great work!

2nd time there. Said they did alignment check but couldn't produce paperwork. Said "it's fine. Don't worry"
On our last three visits they have either broken or lost parts to our vehicles, turning one stop visits into multiple trips and down days with our vehicles. Currently without our car for the 2nd time waiting on a tire they said they ordered 4 weeks ago and did not.

Great group of people at Schierl tire. Repairs are timely and well done, the staff is friendly and approachable, and it's just such a welcoming environment for customers. The free tire repair and free beverages are very generous also. I won't go anywhere else. A very well run business.
