As someone who has no clue about cars and tires, they were so incredibly patient, helpful and kind with pointing me in the right direction on what would be best for my car and my price range. They also notified me of a couple issues I wasn't even aware I had and didn't pressure me but gave me the option for them to correct it right there. I left there feeling much more secure in my vehicle.

I initially called for a better quote and experience for my brother in law, and I talked to Dillon, Josh and Nick in the process. Each one of them are really great. They are personable, understanding, caring, and best of all helpful. My brother’s car needed new front brakes and to be fixed correctly and Olson made sure it was. They don’t know how important his car is for him so we all very much appreciate it. I decided to get my own tire replaced and I have been battling an electrical issue after my car took on too much water in a flash flood situation. Dreading the possibilities of what problems could have arisen, I reluctantly agreed to them diagnosing the issue and it was only $150, they were able to find the problem and gave me two options on fixing it, I chose the best option for me and I am very happy with the work and the price! I was running the Silverstars previously and Dillon informed me that it’s not worth the price to pay for them and explained that they just don’t last as long. I appreciated his input and I ultimately changed my decision to what he recommended and this saved me money! Before Olson my car had no low beam headlights and the interior accessories did not work, now after Olson’s the headlights work great and so do the accessories! If I am ever in the need of work and I’m in the area, I will ABSOLUTELY call Olson’s and gladly have them work on my car! They even washed it the second time I was there for me! The fish tank is kept correctly, the office and waiting area are clean, beautiful and inviting, I was able to pick up the remote and watch anything I wanted from various services on the very nice and large TV. I’d like to mention that they have nothing to do with the Subway next door and at this time is temporarily closed, but there is access to the bathrooms and those are just fine. The nice woman who was filling the vending machine helped me with a cup of coffee. I could go on and on about how great Olson Tire is, don’t take my word, give them a call for your next service or set of tires and you’ll see what I mean. Thank you all again!
