They moved into a new building for them. It's much bigger. They are fast on their work friendly and the price is fair for what you're getting done. I will be using them again.

Booked an appointment to have remote start installed. I spent 15 minutes on the phone verifying that they could in fact do it on my car specifically as most shops said it couldn’t be done. They confirmed they could do it because they would have the correct wire harness. When they called to confirm my appointment a week later, I once again spent 10-15 minutes discussing this to ensure they could do it. 3 hours after I dropped my car off I got a text saying it couldn’t be done. So I lost half a day of work and the gas there and back. They then attempted to give me a refund for the deposit I paid and messed that up. Finally got that a week later.

May 24, 2023We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We typically can install our remotes starts on most BMWs. Unfortunately, your particular trim did not allow for installation upon further inspection. We are very sorry.
