I accidentally got locked out of my running vehicle last night after work. It was 11:00 at night during the snow storm. We called OnStar and they got hold of Mueller's. We figured we would have to wait for hours to get service to get into our vehicle. To our great surprise,the service man was there in about 20 mins. What a savior. He stood out in the cold for about 20mins and BAM! He got the window down so I could get in. Wish I got his name,but the guy deserves a raise! Thank you!
