It is a nice place to get gas, food, water, and such. They have the best egg salad sandwich in the case. Very friendly people.

This store is our local favorite. They always have fresh food options, it is clean, everyone us so kind, friendly, and fast.

I love working at kwik trip 392!! Best place to work
Two weeks ago I wrote a comment to the customer complaint area as there are only chicken items available and either they are out of items or the items are cold and hard at 1230 pm. Lunch time. last week. I got a call bake with apologies and asking me to accept some gift cards or something I said no thanks I just wanted to say hey lunch time is a good time to be filled with fresh products. Last week I went back knowing I was limited to items. I got bread sticks and cheese sauce. Well the bread stick was hard and I thought what ever I'll dip it in cheese sauce. NO CHEESE SAUCE and a hard pretzel. I threw the pretzel on the counter by the cheese sauce. My daughter got a chicken sandwich. NO pickles or tomatoes or onions. She took it because she isn't as direct as me. Today we went back again breadsticks was her choice she said, wait let me check for cheese sauce. NO CHEESE SAUCE. So she grabbed mini tacos? I grabbed a burger. NO PICKLES OR ONIONS, got back to school and the tacos are burnt. Why do I go back on you ask, hoping they follow through and have the products out. I have never had a problem with Oshkosh Kwik trips just this Ripon one. two employees walking around talking about a hire you sign. (i said there is no cheese sauce, not a care in the world other then that damn sign) at 12:30 pm. I don't know fill the condiments, fill the cheese sauce. put the sign up at 9 a.m. after breakfast rush and before lunch rush. This store has no assurance of customer service and that is what this store is Store "kwik trip" is about quick kind service. Not here in Ripon.
