He treats you like family and is willing to help you with any issues or answer any questions whether your vehicle is just in for service or you are shopping for a new one.

Communication is key at Homan Ford in Ripon! They were clear and thorough. They were even courteous enough to make sure I was comfortable with their loaner vehicle. Great service and my vehicle finally drives and feels as it should! Definitely recommend for all of your Ford service needs.

Great dealership. I bought a truck from them back in July. I live in Texas, but they arranged the transport and made the whole transaction easy. Mike was awesome. Second part to the story is where it gets interesting they gave me good trade in for my old Super Duty. Well, right before my new truck was delivered (and they took my trade) the engine dropped a valve. They said go ahead and send it anyways and we’d figure it out later. At that point I got in contact with Rob (who is one of the owners I believe). Once we discovered the severity of the damage he got me a quote of what it was going to cost to fix. Dealers I’ve dealt with in the past I’m sure would try to charge an arm and a leg, but not them. They charged at cost on repairs. Fantastic customer service, trustworthy, and professional (that’s a lot harder to find from a dealer nowadays). I hope to do more business with them in the future (if they want to deal with me again lol)!

I attempted to purchase a vehicle from many states away. Ultimately, I did not purchase due to shipping distance & the fees associated but….The customer service I received from this dealership was superb. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, respectful and accommodating. Its not everyday you buy a car over a long distance but they managed to make the process feel pretty normal and secure. 10 out of 10 I do recommend!
