Kaylyn was no less than exceptional. I drove thru Monday after noon and spotted a vehicle that caught my eye. Wednesday I returned to test drive it…..it was nowhere in sight!! Kaylyn got me in a similar vehicle to drive. It was nice but not the same as what I really wanted. The original vehicle was moved to another dealer for some else to look at. Kaylyn drove that vehicle back to Ripon texted me and set up a road test!! Kaylyn was was not only helpful but super knowledgeable. She spent the time after the sale to make sure my phone was connected and I had a good handle on all the new features. Best experience at a dealership hands down. What a great group of people there from finance to service writers. Kaylyn thank you!!

I came here to look at a pickup and found all the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. Jesse especially was very helpful and made it much easier and was as friendly as could be. I would recommend Homan to other people.

We made the hour plus trek over to Homan because they had the vehicle (Maverick) we wanted to see before we bought. Corey Dillenberg was so helpful and patient with our questions, it felt right for us to order through Homan knowing it would be a wait until delivery, almost 1 1/2 years later! Corey was always helpful to keep us informed, reordering the vehicle when Ford required him to, and otherwise handling the whole process extremely well. It was worth the drive, and we love our new vehicle!
