WAY overpriced. Would not recommend anyone going here. Their markup on labor is 500% higher than anyone else that does auto repair in Ripon. Look up Chris Crow way cheaper!! 2004 Saturn ion front wheel bearing I have receipt for if you want me to post it. I dealt with Chad.

Aug 24, 2023Hello Wyatt, sorry there is an issue with or cost of repair, I did find an invoice from this past Mach and would be happy to discuss any part of it with you. 500% higher in our industry would put or labor rate at over $600 per hour which we are not. We do however have some of the best techs and advisors in the industry and use parts that carry the best possible warranties available. Replying to your message from yelp of charging $600 for a job anywhere else for $200 is false. Our costs in parts and tech labor far exceeds the $200 mark. Those sir are facts. Your repairs were completed with an estimate that you or whomever brought us the vehicle confirmed was ok to repair. If you have any issues with the car do to the work we provided we stand behind it for 3 years and 36,000 Please call Jeff at 920-748-6432 if there any questions or concerns.
Great experience. Was early for appointment. Didn’t wait, got van in garage. Got 2 new tires, rotated tires and ready to go in 45 min. Great customer service with a clean waiting area. Thank you !

Cliff's has always been good to my family. Anytime we have had problems with my wife's van, we have taken it to Cliff's. They are straight shooters and easy to work with.

My experience was fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. I just have one attention to detail that irked me. There was tire lube on my rims...like, a lot...and on all 4 rims. Maybe someone could have taken a rag and at least wiped it off??

Thanks to Cliff’s Tire & Battery for your great service! We were on vacation at Green Lake and attending Lifest in Oshkosh, when our truck just didn’t start one morning. Cliff’s was able to get our truck in immediately and the problem was diagnosed and a new battery installed within a couple hours! We feel we were charged a fair price. And we could enjoy our vacation without any problems! Many thanks and blessings to the people at Cliff’s!

I called last week and got a routine service appt for the next day. I got in and out in less than an hour for the oil change & lube & tire check. My status report print-out on all systems was good. I have been having all of my auto service needs taken care of by Cliff’sTire for almost 7 years now, and highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Cliff’s Tire and Battery has done a great job identifying recent issues with my Ford Flex. They prioritize for you what should be done first vs what can wait a little longer. I appreciated being able to see the issues for myself. All the work we’ve had done has been great! We’ll be back for sure!
