My son was referred to Balken's a few yrs ago. They did a nice job on his SUV, so when I recently needed repairs I knew who to call. They have some loaner vehicles (nice), however, none were available which ended up being okay since insurance covered a rental. Luckily I only had to wait a week to get in, and then repairs only took a week. They are professional and courteous. Being up front and honest on their procedure and timeframe was refreshing!
