Went here as preferred vendor for my insurance after being in a very minor accident. Only damage was to the front corner of the car. Found out after dropping it off that insurance decided with the damage assessed that my car was totaled. Wanted to take it somewhere else for a quote but was informed that they already removed my damaged bumper for their assessment and I was told I cannot drive it without a bumper - I get it, safety thing. BUT to put the DAMAGED bumper back on, they wanted me to pay $586 up front before I could take my car from them. Ended up getting it towed to another shop who is already taking much better care of me. Was informed by crash champions as the tow truck was on its way that I still owe them $264 for the estimate (so much for a free estimate). I was over it and they got their money. SO FAIR WARNING: if your car is totaled (whether you know it yet or not) it might not cost you anything to drop it off, but it’s sure gonna cost you to get it back from them!!! Would recommend to absolutely nobody.

Had a great experience here work was quick and done correctly. All parts were ordered and installed very quickly as well. Great communication between us and staffing as well. Would definitely recommend.

Have used them twice in the last few years. Everyone there is very professional and friendly. My cars were handled well. They even fully detailed the inside when done which was a wonderful surprise

The team here goes above and beyond expectations. I received constant updates on the status of my repairs, the communication was excellent. Once I saw the effort they put into my Jeep, I knew I had chosen the right people. They even detailed the interior of my car and made it look brand new! I would recommend Crash Champions to anyone.

Crash Champions did an outstanding job of taking care of my car! To my surprise, the car was completely detailed upon the completion of the repairs and looks brand new! In addition, they offered to return my rental car. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Unfortunately this was the 4th time I've had to take my truck to them for hitting a deer & each time I've got it back looking as good as new. Crossing my fingers I don't hit another deer but if I do I'll definitely take it back to them.

Dan did a fantastic job communicating status updates with me , explaining the process, answering my questions fully, and making sure my vehicle was fixed to exactly to meet my needs. I'm very satisfied. If I need vehicle crash repair again I would be back, but hopefully I wont be in need :- )
