Brittney is the BEST. Not only is she sweet she cares about customers and answers any questions in detail. The staff are always welcoming and inviting, also jokesters which is a plus. I will be choosing Bob’s when I need care for my car.

Great shop to have work done in your car or truck. The Service Writer Brittnay is through and great to work with. Bob’s High Tech approach to communication really makes it easy to see what needs to be serviced.

My anti freeze leak was a water pump and replaced. System tested new anti freze and Serpentine belt that was worn I'm back on the road. I will bring it back for next service Went back to Bob"s for a clicking noise turns out a exhaust manifold leak . Nice and quiet now . I'm respect their professionalism. I will be going back.

I've had 3 vehicles serviced at all three locations in the past year. All of them have gone absolutely awesome. But the stand out service has to be at thier Hubertus location. I had a knocking sound on my 2010 Honda Odyssey that was getting worse. I went to 3 different auto shops in the past 2 years trying to track down the cause of the problem. None of the other shops could diagnose the issue. I took the van to Bob's Hubertus location and it took Kenny the technician about 10 seconds to diagnose the problem. They explained everything they were going to do and why it needed to get done. I normally do my own auto repair but don't have the time to do it myself anymore and I would take any of my vehicles to any of thier locations from here on out. Outstanding service and extremely friendly people.
