Highly recommend to not use Gerber in Watertown I paid for a reassembly of my vehicle after they deemed it totaled and they did a poor job prior to getting it fixed everything worked on my vehicle lights and all got it back and lights don’t work have all these codes popping up now and I called and asked hey I paid for a reassembly of the vehicle and now my lights don’t work and now I have all these codes on it and they said we should have never fixed it uhm when I’m paying for the reassembly you should most definitely make sure you did everything right!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL GO ELSE WHERE THESE PLEEEEASE!

If you have hail damage, go somewhere else. They claimed they couldn't get all of the dents out.

They allowed me to setup a series of appointments when they could look at my car instead of having my car sit on the lot unattended for months. A+ 5 stars.
