My vehicle (brand new CR-V) was taken to Caliber on March 18. Twice now on the day the vehicle was supposed to be just about ready, I’ve been told that a hood is not in and it’s getting bumped out. This is absolutely not acceptable, 2024 CRV‘s are in production and it should not be this difficult to get a hood. It’s also not acceptable that they would not know the hood is delayed until the day it is supposed to be in. All other Honda OEM parts for the body have come in with no issue. Also, I am finding out that they are likely leaving my car outside in the rain and snow without a hood on it. Definitely will not take another car to Caliber.
