Superior automotive had a 2011 honda pilot for sale . I told them I would be down there to get it first thing Monday morning its a 2hr drive which he was aware of. He said they would have it ready .I called on my way there several times with no answer . I arrived at 11 . Finally he called me back and I had to wait another 30/45 mins before they showed up . Upon arrival nothing was ready . Took it for a test drive seemed ok in town . On my way home it shook terrible I called him and let him know . I took it to a shop and the tires were severely out of balance 3 ounces to be exact . The tires were shot all weather Checked between the treads . He also told me they replaced an A arm and a strut he couldn't remember. The shop I brought it to said nothing was replaced. On top of that when they had it on the lift he discovered the exhaust was pinched and air dam was broke .someone had run over something which is why he must of been a little reluctant to give me the car fax which I didn't get . I called he said he would help pay for new tires which that took about 2 weeks for him to decide how much he was going to pay towards new tires .Then I was told he sent out a check 2 different times which took weeks I even made sure he had the correct address. He said well I'll put tracking on it next time .I said we'll why not pay pal .he just avoided that all together. I said I may just drive down and get the check .he said your more than welcome to .so I drove down there .big suprise no one is there . I called and text him and still haven't heard anything and it's been 4 days .I would not recommend Superior automotive to anyone unless you want to waste your hard earned money and time . I honestly don't know about these other reviews if they write them there selves because my experience was terrible.

Very professional and great service.

After getting codes read and cleared from a local parts store, my car wouldn't start again after it got shut off outside of city hall. I tried calling various places a shortly before, at and after 6pm. Anthony was the only person to speak with me from any of the local Reedsburg service centers that I tried. My car was looked at and running again by the end of day the next day. Anthony was extremely straightforward and would not give any fluff or false answers when there simply weren't any to be found due to car computer memory wipe from extended dead battery. Anthony is honest, and the folks I met at Superior Automotive in Reedsburg were very nice. The office cats Jinx and Karma were So cute and Super lovey. I don't know about other folks, but I trust an automotive shop with animals more than one without.
