1st time I brought my son's car in. We were told at a different place, they probably wouldn't be able to fix tramission fluid because it was burned. And a friend HIGHLY recommended Gups! They did fix it after all & very inexpensive compared to what he has paid before. We will be back!😁👍

Fantastic company all around. I've always found that they work in my best interest and are honest people (granted they still have to make money). I've compared them to surrounding companies and they are the best for numerous reasons: good prices, honest people, they break down the cost for you, transparency, speedy repairs (within reason), they have great morals, and character. I went to a different shop nearby and they tried to pull a quick one on me by charging $200 to repair a $20 part that takes literally 20 seconds to replace (the cabin air filter needed to be replaced). I've never encountered any scams or any suspicious activity matter of fact they have told me to hold off on certain repairs that I thought I needed to save me money. They are a hidden gem in Racine and have certainly earned my customer loyalty. It's a blessing to have them in the community and I would recommend them to anyone. They also offer a FREE Insurance where they will tow your car for free if it breaks down within a certain amount of time (I believe 30 days). I was NOT incentivized to write this review in any manner, I simply felt they deserved it.
I trust them with my maintenance and repairs.
