Whatever you do don’t ever ask any questions regarding any work done by Oscar (great mechanic but offended too easily). We recently took our car to a mechanic that was close to us because we were going out of town for the weekend (last minute plans) and heard a noise when we made left hand turns, so we wanted to make sure it was safe to drive. The mechanic that we took it to stated that there was a bracket missing, and suggested that we should take it back and ask the previous mechanic to put it back on. The job was done earlier by Oscar and so we asked him about it. Now please keep in mind that my husband and I are not mechanics and therefore, don’t have any knowledge about brackets much less any auto repairs. Oscar’s ego was bruised because he thought we were questioning his mechanic skills and his integrity, which couldn’t be further from the truth. We got two conflicting pieces of information so of course you’re going to ask questions of BOTH MECHANICS, so you can better understand the information given. When we called Oscar to give him the green light to fix the noise we had been hearing from the left hand turns. He quipped back with a statement and said to take it to the other Mechanic to have it fixed. I’m sorry but this was very unprofessional and if you’re going to be offended for us asking questions like a normal Consumer would then honestly you should not be in business. When you have no knowledge of a subject then you’re inclined to ask questions but that doesn’t mean you’re questioning the skill or integrity. I really hate to leave this 1 star review because I have always advocated for small businesses but Oscar you have to understand and allow for your patrons to ask simple questions about auto repairs.

It is funny how people easily change or act humble behind the computer that was not the attitude you or your husband gave me to begin. I took the time and effort to go through your concerns, including communicating with the dealer and sending you pictures. I don’t get offended easily. I treat people like The way they treat me or others ,and if there’s one thing I’m known for is being honest and upfront, regardless of the situation that’s because safety and concerns it’s my priority. and refusing to work on your vehicle it is not unprofessional. It is a business right to do so peacefully like I did. Sorry, things didn’t go your way And thank you for contributing with your first review on Google. I just hope these are not the same type of principles you are teaching your students because if it was, I’ll be concerned for the kids futures “if it doesn’t go your way, start a tantrum” and I understand that it bothers you more in regards to the emails, but don’t worry I’m sure those are things you don’t want to post but I did 😉👍 people are entitled to the truth and those emails verify that. Especially the last email where I mentioned to your husband right after you post your first star review, thank you for that one star it really makes my day it keeps on encouraging me to keep on working hard on what I’m doing. one star at a time.😎

I’m sorry you feel that way, but what was the issue?… was it, the good customer service, or was it my honesty, or perhaps it was something I said, or recommended, in possible or potential issues in regards your Car… regardless what it is I am sorry you feel that way. I can only be honest and upfront on what I see when I’m servicing your vehicle. I cannot sugarcoat things because that could potentially put you or anybody else at any risk. And once again, I am so sorry to say this because I’m pretty good remembering our customer/friends and I can’t seem to find any invoice or work order or inspection sheet in regards your name perhaps you can give us a little bit better info.
