I wanted to share this review because Auto Perfection went above and beyond for my family and I. This Fall, we discovered that I needed a full engine replacement. I was still under warranty through the dealership, but I wanted to go through Auto Perfection because they have been great toward me and my family for many years. Because of problems with the warranty company, they had my van for weeks, but they were so gracious about it and worked hard to get it resolved. They also knew the replacement was going to be a big financial hardship on my family and they worked with us. Let's just say I was greatly surprised by the final bill. They are generous people who care about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone. Scott and his team do a great job and Ryan at the counter will do his very best for you. Dan the owner is also fantastic. He has been great to me for the eight years I have been using his shop. They will be entirely fair to you and treat you well. You can't go wrong in using Auto Perfection.

Scheduling was easy. Communication and service were excellent. I am a new customer, but will definitely go back for future needs.

Brought my car in for a coilover install and an oil change. The online system of making an appointment, getting updates, and paying couldn't have been easier. And the level of communication and service was excellent. I will be using them again for sure !

I've been bringing my cars here for the better part of 3 months. Ryan has been great. I've seen fees waived on the receipts, and he never does more than what is requested. On the receipt, it gives a detailed list of all services done as well as the recommended services and the cost of getting them done. I've seen reviews for this repair shop saying that these guys are thorough, but it hardly does them justice. I highly recommend this shop.

Timely, professional, Grant went the extra mile removing white paint from my car. Hope he and the team enjoyed the donuts. Special PM service to extend life of engine/transmission
