Had the Thanksgiving meal and the sides were not good at all. Had the full turkey meal and the mashed potatoes were in 2 bags. They were grey and the consistency stiff, terrible! The stuffing had a major taste of sage and nothing else in it. The turkey took 3 hours to reheat instead of 2 I used a meat thermometer and needless to say, no one had sides. I especially am upset that I left a note for deli manager last weekend and she has yet to return my call. The cranberries were fantastic and green beans casserole was ok.still now Dec 16 find it odd no one replied to this.
Trig's had great selection and was very clean. Prior I was at Walmart and it was a crowded mess. Trig's was a much better choice.
Good selection, but less then friendly checkout people.
Why do they say that the deli is open until 6:00 P.M. when they close before 5:00?
Trig's in Minocqua has quite a few things I can't find in other area grocery stores. The store is always clean and is laid out nicely. They have really great sales too. The produce department and the meat counter have great selections, and the butchers are friendly and helpful. My favorite area is the deli. The people behind the counter are so nice and there are so many options!
WOW talk about an awesome deli. Best I've ever seen. Friendly staff... Name Brian served me. Nice clean store. Great holiday appetizers... Incredible fresh salmon.... delicious đ

May 24, 2022Thank you Patti!
Decent selection, prices a little higher than big city stores
This place is awesome. Wish we had in Michigan. So many great food choices, quality product and good pricing.
I got some cherries here for like $2.49 a pound and let me tell you my neighbors they were delicious. I could not find the bottled water when I was camping apparently I walked right by it it's not with the drinks I disagree with this put the water by the drinks.
Iâve always enjoyed this store. I liked the âsmall town feelâ of the store before they made a bunch of upgrades. The remodel is very nice and the store is always very nice but the prices are very high. Iâm from the greater Chicago area, as a lot of your customer base is. I used to really appreciate seeing the high school kids working there. There were also some native students as well as some students with special needs/disabilities. Definitely important and Iâm definitely in favor of providing jobs and opportunities for these young Americans. It seems like a lot of that has disappeared with the installation of the self checkouts. Thatâs sad. I think a lot of your customer base would be totally fine with paying a little bit more to support the diverse employee culture that you once had. The special needs employees always made my visit special. I would like to see more of that again instead of the self service machines. Now letâs talk about the meat department⊠I am not impressed with the selection of steaks. The pricing is extremely high, and wouldnât be much of a problem if the quality of the steaks reflected that, but honestly any steaks on the shelves outside of the butcher showcase is dog food quality. Honestly, no joke. I went to the butcher showcase to buy an expensive steak but noticed that they werenât even that good. Very expensive and there was way too much fat and stuff that would need to be trimmed off and by the time you are done doing that there isnât much usable meat. I donât mind spending a lot of money for a really good steak, but I couldnât find a really good steak here. Ended up going to Walmart and getting two New York strips that were far superior to what I saw at trigs. Thatâs sad guys, you can do better. Give people what they want. The price wouldnât be an issue if the quality was there.

Aug 24, 2023Mr. Cradic, Thank you for your feedback. We are so glad you have enjoyed our teammates during your previous trips. We do still employ many students, people of various ethnicity, and those with special needs. Nothing has changed there. Our company provides approximately 600 local jobs and we are very proud of our team. We did install self-checkouts in our store because we simply did not have enough help to accomplish all of the things we needed to do to serve our guests best. If you know of anyone in search of a job, please feel free to send them our way. We would be happy to set up an interview. Our open positions and application can be found at trigs.com/careers. We are sorry to hear you didnât find any steaks that you felt confident about purchasing when you visited us. All cuts we offer in our self-service case are Certified Angus Beef Choice steaks and all cuts in the full-service case are Certified Angus Beef Prime. The only exception is that we do also carry some USDA Inspected beef tenderloins. We hang our hat on Certified Angus Beef because it is simply the best available. Only 3 in 10 Angus actually meet the 10 standards set by Certified Angus Beef Brand to carry their name. This ensures quality, taste and tenderness, with a consistent eating experience every single time. We would really like to offer you a couple of our Certified Angus Beef Brand New York Strips at no charge and let you be the judge. If this works for you, please email us at social@tasolberg.com and we will set something up. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts with us. We hope youâll give us a chance to change your mind. Have a great day. Kindl Furtak Director of Marketing and Communication
