Had some problems with my truck on the way up camping and I had to have northern automotive tow my truck to them fix it they did a great job and less then I Thought it would cost. They were very nice and helpful and they also towed my RV up to where I was camping which was a great help, sitting out a couple of few days it took to fix my truck.

Talk about crooks!! Charging double for parts, shifty eyed technicians that blatantly lie to your face. I tried calling for an estimate, and the "man" that answered the phone, laughed and said "You think I'd actually want to work on your vehicle"?....Continued to argue with me on the phone, all for an estimate, all because I stood up for myself and called them out on their thievery.... I just wanted an estimate, not any work done.... Horrible customer service, don't give these people any money... Horrible, disrespectful children answering the business phone......

Had my breaks worked on by Austin and he did an amazing job! Could not be happier with the service and the knowledge all of the guys have at Northern Auto. Would recommend to anyone who asks.

Tim and his staff went above and beyond to assist me when I got a flat tire headed to the UP. It was late on a Friday afternoon where I found myself stranded in Crivitz with a flat tire on my Tesla. While Northern was not able to repair or replace my tire, Tim went out of his way to assist me in finding a company to order and replace my tire, as well as used his contacts to call me a tow company that was able to show up within five minutes rather than an hour as projected by roadside assistance. The bonus was that he found me a tow driver that was more than willing to allow me and my two dogs to ride with him in the tow truck back to Green Bay where I was then able to have a friend pick me and the dogs up rather than have my friend drive an hour to Crivitz. I will definitely remember the quality of service provided by Tim and his team when I am driving through Crivitz on future trips to my cabin. I would highly recommend Northern Automotive to anyone in the Crivitz area. Thanks Tim!

Great people! We were headed home from “up north” and had a flat tire a little north of Crivitz. After I got the temporary spare on We googled “tire repair near me” and saw a great review on Northern Tire. We called and they said they could take a look at it as soon as we got there. As promised, Tim and team checked out the tire (it was not repairable) checked their inventory (no luck) and then called around to find me a tire (in Green Bay on our way home). They also checked all the other tires, made sure they were all properly inflated, and checked that the temporary tire was good. Great service and Tim wouldn’t accept any money. Will definably stop there for any needed work on future road trips!

Tim helped our family out on a busy holiday weekend when he was closed. He set up a time to meet us and fixed our tire on our rv. Went above and beyond at a fair price. Thanks again Tim.

I love taking my vehicles to Austin at Northern Automotive Tire & Repair. He and his staff are friendly and flexible from a scheduling standpoint. My experiences have been nothing but positive here. They are wonderful. I had several issues going on with my vehicle- they did not try to up sell services...Owner down to earth and friendly. Got me in and out quickly addressed most significant issues. Have used for maintenance/oil changes/ tire rotations as well.
