Provided prompt and friendly service. Our daughter had a minor accident on her way north. CSTR meet her and safely got her and her damaged vehicle to us in a very timely manner.

He was very kind, got to my vehicle fast, and was able to figure out exactly what was wrong in the time it took for him to get it on the truck. When I first called he helped me find the nearest open shop on a Saturday. When we got there he walked in with me and described the issue so that the shop knew exactly what was wrong. I can’t think of a way the service could have been better and would highly recommend using this company.

Tyler went above & beyond with my AAA roadside assistance. My C7 Corvette was totally disabled electronically, even after I replaced the battery. NOTHING worked and I couldn’t shift the transmission into neutral to allow it to be towed. His troubleshooting skills & automotive knowledge was evident , as he figured it out, carefully loaded & secured the Vette on his flatbed tow truck. Then he towed it 70 miles from Mountain to Broadway Chevrolet, where he arrived just in time for him to unload it inside their garage, so it wouldn’t sit out overnight with the windows opened. Tyler even texted me a picture of the Vette parked inside Broadway’s garage. I was impressed beyond words!!! Thank you so much Tyler!!!

Fast service and VERY kind, which is always nice when your car is broken down. I hated to see them drive off with my car, but I'm confident that it's in good hands. Vehicle towed from Menominee, MI to Green Bay, WI.
