I was very happy with the new engine they installed in my truck a year ago. The truck has not had any problems since. Been coming to Bergstrom for years, Either buying vehicles or work having done on my vehicles. I feel confident that they will always treat me right! Thanks again!

All I wanted was a pay out of pocket estimate. However, because I have insurance their employees tried to strong arm me. They said "my insurance didn't know what they were talking about." Their customer service was argumentative and pushy. I have leased a brand new vehicle every three years from nissan, Pete Holt Is the only reason I might do business with bergstrom in the future. Their body shop employees are not recommendable and have created bad customer relations.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The service was performed in 3 days rather than the 5 days and the repair was perfect.
