No appointment needed, lie right off the bat. Tried walking in to ask about brakes, kid tells me to get back in my car and drive in. I do, try getting out again to ask about brakes, says you can stay in the car and open the window. Alright, “open the hood please” then opens and starts checking my oil then going on a spiel about what oil changes are offered. I said I’m here for a brake change, “you should have started with that my guy” almost like you didn’t let me. Then proceeds to tell me to call back TOMORROW to make an appointment for later in the week to get my brakes changed. Amazing service 0 stars

Dec 24, 2023Sorry for the confusion. Not sure what the lie is. Sometimes with 1st come first serve there becomes a line. If you need an oil change we can usually get that in and out in a few minutes, sometimes there is a line and it’s like an hour before you can get in. On a brake job we need our lift and our lift has a line with 3 others cars that came this morning to get their brakes done. You are welcome to leave it here until we get it in but it probably wont be today. Or you can call tomorrow and see what our line looks like. So asking your to call back tomorrow isn’t be mean it’s so you can use you car instead of it just sitting in our parking lot.

Oil change took less than 20 minutes, relatively cheap compared to other places, and the staff was very friendly. I'll be taking my car to these guys anytime I'm in town and need something fixed.
You call for a quote,,they SAY around,,84.00 oil change..they won’t get my business..

Sep 24, 2023So you call, ask us how much for a quote for a synthetic oil change on your Rav 4. I say “synthetic oil changes are $89.99 plus tax.” You say, “ok, thank you”. That gets us a 1 star review, for our synthetic oil change being $20 less then the dealer? Thank you for your review, and yes we have caller ID.
