Oil Changers of Port Washington, WI did a great job on my SUV oil change. They were fast, communicated effectively, and were affordable. Antonio was a pro!

Showed up at 6:40pm to get my emissions tested. There was not one other car in the building. Employee came out and told me to try back tomorrow since they stop doing testing at 6:30. I told him the sign on the building, their website and the dmv site all say testing until 7pm. He said he didn't care what the sign said, come back tomorrow and walked away.

Oil change was quick and efficient. Antonio helped me with offering additional services that he would recommend and others that should be done sooner rather than later. He explained everything well and easily understandable. We forgot to get the service done before our 4 hour drive so we were happy to have an easy stop. Thank you guys!

I can't give a good review after having the lead tech claim that universal coolant is still a thing, and they were fine with mixing it with the coolant (Specially for Japanese makes and models of car as per OEM) already in the vehicle, if I hadn't caught that they didn't have the correct coolant for my vehicle and let them add the coolant they had, I'd be taking my car to a shop for work on the coolant system.

I was in and out. They explained the services very well. Answered my questions and gave solutions to the concerns I had with my car. Plus they offer a military discount! I would highly recommend!

Great service all around! Multiple times in a row we have worked with Antonio and he gets the job done right and offers services that are actually needed for the car instead of trying to upsell for no reason. Highly recommend!

Employee clearly stoned. 30 minutes to put the wrong oil in my car, another 30 mins to drain it and put the correct oil in. Very rude manager, flatly denied an oil pan inspection. Manager seemed to know employee was high, didn’t do anything about it. Constantly tries to upsell unnecessary coolant flushes, wiper replacements, etc etc. If you value your time or your car, avoid this place.
