Great service as usual!
They are my home town go to. Always good
Their work on my ford f150 replacing a water pump and flushing radiator was timely and done right..thx fir the help on a work truck.
I had my oil changed. They charged me for 6 quarts of oil even thou the owners manual says it only takes 5 quarts (with filter). My conclusion is that either the factory manual is wrong or they either charged me for oil they didn't install or over filled the crankcase. I am very disappointed.

May 24, 2023We apologize if we were incorrect, however we fill the oil to the level of the dipstick, not necessarily what the specifications are. We did refund the extra oil that was charged and are sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
Was turned away because of the receptionist’s failure to take correct information. Had an appointment but was told “ well we weren’t expecting to fix anything today “ and could hear the mechanics swearing in the background about having to work on it. Had to just leave and go elsewhere.

May 24, 2023Sadly, we were overbooked that particular day. He did have an appointment. The customer didn't want to wait for us to get it in since we were busy and couldn't get it in right away. There is two different types of water pumps for his truck he didn't want to wait for us to take it off to figure out which part was the correct one to use for his estimate. We usually do not have issues like this. We apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to be able to help him out in the future.
My car was making some weird vibration. I took it to Eddie's to have it looked at. Per the mechanic one of my calipers needed an adjustment. Work was completed in a timely manner and I am happy with the results.
I had a really great experience with Eddie's this morning. Yesterday, I took my Jeep Renegade into a nearby Valvoline Instant Oil Change to get my snow tires swapped onto my vehicle. The VIOC guy not only stripped one of my lug nuts but also broke my lug key. He told me "you'll have to go to an actual mechanic to get that off of there." I managed to limp my Jeep home. In a panic, at 4 pm on a Friday afternoon, I called Eddie's because the shop is only 1/2 mile from my house. They told me to bring it in when the shop opens at 8am on Saturday and they'd see what they could do. Paul was very friendly and was able to remove the stripped lug and swap out my tires. The receptionist was also very helpful and friendly. I really, REALLY appreciate Paul not only getting me in without an appointment but completing the work in a fast, friendly, professional manner. The price was reasonable as well.

May 24, 2023Hello Scotty, we are all so happy to hear this!
I have taken my cars to Eddie’s for years. They look out for my safety and handle repairs proficiently. Besides that, it allows me to say hi to Paul, the owner, who consistently has a smile for all clients, which makes the mundane job of taking my car into the shop much more manageable. Thumbs up!
