They did an excellent job fixing the damage on the vehicle. The car looked brand new inside and out when I picked it up. I highly recommend them. Great customer Service as well!

Got our vehicle in promptly and it was fixed quickly. They went over and beyond and even did an unexpected, professional car detailing free (which usually costs $250 at most places). Car looked all shiny and clean like it just came off the dealership lot! Would 100% recommend!

I, of course was stressed over an unfortunate accident with my car. I chose to go to Crash Champions for an estimate and repair and became stress free right from the start. I was immediately greeted by a friendly lady at the front desk and she set me up with Rick to handle my claim. He examined my car and did up an estimate.We both went outside so he could show me what he found and let me know how they would proceed. He took care of everything from getting approval from my Insurance Co and setting up a rental which was brought there for me. He kept me up on the progress of my repair. The job was completed promptly and looked great. I was very happy at pickup when I found my vehicle to have been portered as well! Everyone that I spoke to there was friendly , prompt and professional. It was a great experience. I highly recommend this business.

West Bend team did a great job with explaining the process, and fixing my car. I hit a deer, they fixed it in a timely manner. My car is beautiful. Then less than a week later, my battery died. This team helped me out and sent someone to jump my car. My car wouldn't drop, they helped getting it towed and they had my car to look into the battery and alternator. They helped get a new battery. Definitely worth taking your car here here. I highly recommend.

Recently took my vehicle in for bodywork. I had to get a new hood, have my front fenders repaired and a new headlight housing. They did a phenomenal job and finished ahead of time. The paint job is flawless. They told me they would clean inside my car. I assumed a quick wipe down of my steering and dadhm. My car looks like it was detailed. I haven't seen it that clean in years. The staff was all professional and friendly. Can't say enough good abiut my experience.

Repair work looks great. Thought of only giving 4 star because I had to go back to have my passenger door locked fixed. Assembled incorrectly. Inside windows really dirty. Detailer made attempt to clean driver side windshield and left a visible line. Passenger side looks like it wasn’t cleaned at all.

The people are great, work was top notch and done at the expected time. They work side by side with the rental company making it easy for me in the overall process. Very friendly knowledgeable staff!
