Got into a fender bender with some genius looking at his phone. Everybody was great, especially the estimator Alex, he explained everything and got my car back on the road like nothing happened.

Alex was very helpful. He was really nice and very knowledgeable. He explained things in detail so I could understand. He was very professional and I highly recommend him.

Calibers staff is so accommodating. From answering questions I had to fully seeing the entire process through from start to finish. Highly recommend! ❤️

Love this place! The staff was very friendly and nice. Alex who helped me out was GREAT. Very informative regarding repairs and the whole repair process. Definitely will tell everyone about my experience.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. My husband hit a deer with our truck, and our insurance company uses Caliber as the preferred provider. Nothing but problems, and our truck is still not fixed! Parts have been on back order for 16 months..sure. They were paid and don't care about fixing it. After market parts that don't fit were put on as a temporary fix. No communication or follow-up from manager. Would never recommend this location to anyone!

Give props when and where is due ! Communication, work and the all associates was great. Towed in a BMW X7 after I was ran off the road, took more than we needed it to. However it was worth the wait down to the last second, got it back brand spanking new again all thanks to this wonderful company. Thank you Ali and your team we appreciate the hard work you guys put in to make it possible.

Normally don’t rate places, but this is exceptional. Had a bumper repair and from start to finish, they were above and beyond. Ali was superb with communication and professionalism. The car looks brand new inside and out. Highly recommend!!!
