Rich, the owner, is super nice and very helpful. He explains to me what he does to my vehicle and why. He also gives me tips for good upkeep of my vehicle. He even went out of his way to let me know about a part recall on my vehicle, as well as calling the maker to confirm. On top of all that, his services are quick and reasonably priced.
