Rences gives great customer service from the initial call, to the conclusion of service. The guys are very polite and I trust them, they're don't fleece ya! I recommend.

I've been going to them for years. 3 months ago, they inspected my Lexus and let me know the catalytic convertor was bad. It's a big job so I was worried they wouldn't be able to get it in and done same day. Not only did they finish it same day, but they were several $100's below anywhere else. James, Rence, Nicco and Juan are all extremely knowledgeable and I'll never go anywhere else!!!

Very knowledgeable, curations, and helpful. Brought multiple cars to them with varying issues. Always helps and is great at communicating. I have never felt like they tried to swindle me unlike other auto repair shops. Rence’s should be your go to car repair place just like your primary doctor or barber! Highly recommend.

Went there for a misfire. They found more problems fixed everything and turned out to be lot cheaper than anticipated 6 out of 5. Definitely go to place

I am a African American....and when I walk into a shop full of whites guys with beards.. No joke I was nervous...but it was one of the best choices I ever made... They are great mechanics...that embrace all cultures...and they took great care of me...not once ..but now I have been using them for years.. I appreciate u Nico!!

My Husband has a Jaguar that he is overprotective of he never trust anyone with working on his car we went to four shops to fill them out before We made a choice and Rences was the best choice they have great customer service and our mechanic NICO is the absolute best he takes pride in his work. If you need a mechanic We highly recommended Rences Auto repai i Kenosha.

It's a smaller shop, but talking to the guys, they know exactly what they're doing and really understand cars. Can reccomend them to anyone

I am coming here from now on. I had been told by jiffy lube when I got a brake check that my wheel bearings might be going, but they don’t do that, so I should get them checked out somewhere else. I called a few different places around the Kenosha area to get an estimate… the other places I called were so rude. They’d answer the phone with an attitude, made me feel like I was wasting their time, just all around unpleasant. Rence’s was the only place that answered super friendly both times I called (first time to check quote, second time to absolutely confirm an appt). When they checked it out, they said it wasn’t my bearings, but I needed new tires and an alignment, and that should take care of the issues I was having. They charged me wayyyyy less than what the other places said it would be to check it out. Dropped my car back off for the tires and alignment, got a call saying the guy doing alignments would have to do it another day, which was fine, I wasn’t in a super hurry for that, but I couldn’t pick my car up til the next day because I didn’t have a ride. James called the guy, then called me right back and said he would squeeze it in the next day and be done before my ride had to leave. Totally fine with me! Then I get a call the next morning right when they open saying that they stayed later to knock it out, and that my car was done!!! They stuck to what they quoted me, were so friendly, and pushed to get it done. I appreciate them so much for making the experience pleasant.
