Good customer service. Found and repaired the problem that the dealership couldn't diagnose. This was done in a timely manner. Would definitely use again.!!!

So I have to say how amazing these gentlemen are! I always feel like I am getting an honest professional opinion on why and what needs to be done to my car. Been to a few places where as a female you feel a little taken advantage of but have never felt like that here! Highly recommend

We took our car in due to leaking transmission fluid. It took a week to get it in which was fine, same day they had it fixed. 2 days later it was leaking again.
Never fixes what they say they do, classic “we fixed it” and i drive it home with the same problems and have to come back to not get it fixed again. Literally left my spare tire dangling off my jeeps undercarriage like a tire swing. Terrible service all around. Just have the best spot in Kenosha
R&R Automotive LLC went out of their way to save me money on labor and parts instead of take maximum money as would be expected from a typical repair shop. They offered free diagnosis which is very rare in the industry. Repair cost me about 1/2 what it would have elsewhere. And they are genuinely nice people. I highly recommend them, and I will be returning often as I have two older cars.

Went for emissions guy didn't know what he was doing . Told me my port was bad wouldn't communicate with his machine. Ran test got rejected Went to Paul's Bender Center right after and passed with no problem.
Saved my bacon a few times now. Most recently they managed to replace the starter on my '09 Civic the same day. Thanks a million, R&R.
