We were in Kenosha from out of state. Our shift lever would not engage, and we were stuck in a parking lot. Anayas recommended Jensen Towing (also fabulous, prompt & courteous!) They got our vehicle in, diagnosed the problem (broken cable), and repaired it in one day! They were busy but made time for us! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANAYAS! THANK YOU!!!!

May 24, 2023Hello Asa. I'm sorry that you were not fully satisfied with the service we provided you. I only see one other visit from a year ago so I'm assuming your most recent visit is the one your review is based on. I was made aware that you called Friday after business hours with continued door handle issues on your 95 Honda Del Sol. I understand the frustration you must have felt dealing with that during our closed hours so I apologize for that. On Saturday, as soon as we were made aware of the situation, the owner called you but we have yet to hear back. Unfortunately, without looking at the vehicle we are not sure what the problem is. It could be a broken clip, a defective part, again there is no way of knowing until we inspect it. We normally prefer to use new parts but I know that was not an option for your vehicle due to the age of it but the used one does have a warranty if it is defective. Please give us a call at your convenience because although it was inconvenient, this could have an easier resolution than you think. Also, I did notice you left this review prior to picking up your vehicle so we would like to see why you were dissatisfied from the get go. We look forward to hearing from you.
Great shop I’ve taken my jeep patriot here for two repairs. Heater core and a water pump on two separate occasions. Both times they were able to get in and repair it in a timely manner. No problems with my vehicle since. Maybe not the cheapest option out there but you get what you pay for. They will get it done fast and right. 10/10

Nobody loves having their car serviced, but Anaya's gives me a good vibe that they know what they are doing and you're getting value for the money spent.

I've been having my vehicles serviced here for a few years now. Never once had a problem. They're up front, quote you a price before they begin the work and if additional work is needed they always let you know before it's preformed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are great. And the quality of work is top notch. They fix it right and keep you moving. Definitely recommend for all your automotive needs.
