They replaced my alternator on my Toyota and when they were installing or removing, they hit the radiator and put a pin hole in it. We were out of state and didn't see the hole until we got 50 miles away into Illinois. Now I have to replace radiator. The alternator costs $160. The bill was over $700. They should have pressure checked the system before returning it to me.
These guys are awesome! They fit me in same day for an oil change before I went out of town. Had a little shop talk. Decently priced. Really nice guys. I would definitely recommend!
I normally am not one to leave one star reviews but unfortunately I feel it is necessary this time. I brought my car in for a tire change and rotation and several mistakes were made during the installation. The first issue was that the lug nuts were over torqued and one was cross threaded causing the stud to break on removal. The second issue was what made this review one star. My winter tires were installed in the wrong orientation. Running directional tires backwards decreased hydroplaning resistance and can accelerate tire wear. This mistake was a safety hazard and I am lucky to have not suffered an accident in the winter storm I drove through.
