You take your vehicle in for 2 tires to be balanced and can't get your vehicle back until an $1,100 bill is paid because they are very good at making you think you can't get your vehicle back unless said $1,100 in repairs are performed by them. The parts I can get right now for a total of $75 they charged just under $300 for and than charged just under $700 in labor. They did this repair specifically this way to get the most profit out of the poor costumer. They could've spent the actual $300 they charged for parts on an entire steering knuckle and only had an hour of labor but instead they bought bearings and hubs ($75) and took 4 hours pressing it all together at $175per hour to get what could've been totally new for $300. Half this job was previously done and they insisted the new part was faulty so they HAD to replace both sides but after asking for all old parts the costumer only received one side of the old parts...... Hmmm. They know the game and know how to talk to you in a way that makes you feel as if you will not get your vehicle back unless you agree to their repairs. I found multiple statements made by them very fishy. You know exactly what your doing and I know things are rough especially for small businesses but how you sleep at night doing ppl like that is beyond me. Was not misinformed I spoke with Dan the mechanic who took the work right out from under me with their sly talking with the costumer. Try to justify it all you like but the way it all went down you guys only had your profits in mind NOTHING OR NO ONE ELSE. There was most definitely a better solution than making the costumer believe they couldn't leave without paying you $1,100 to replace 2 wheel bearings. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselfs!

Hi Dan, I do not see you in our system as a customer, however the vehicle you are referring to was recently worked on by you at DB Mobil Mechanic Auto Repair. This vehicle came in regarding tire shake, upon further inspection it was discovered the wheel bearings needed replacement and the customer was provided an estimate before any repairs were completed. Regarding the rest of your comments in this review, it appears you have been misinformed, we attempted to contact you to address this issue, please contact me at 608-592-3722. Dan
