Excellent!
If I could give zero stars I would. Today I found myself in a very stressful situation. Two flat tires, on the side of a highway with cars whizzing past. I call for a tow and unfortunately gave the wrong intersection/ off ramp. About 15 minutes past when they should have arrived the driver calls and was yelling at me that I'm not where I said I was. I explained a few more times and offered to send my GPS coordinates to which that was declined more than once before he told me to call someone else and hung up on me. I called the main line back and unfortunately was met with the same angry voice. He told me I wasted his valuable time and he isn't coming so I hung up and called who he told me to. While on the phone with the competition he had to drive past us to get to the shop so he pulled over. He got out of his truck and immediately starts yelling at me for being wrong. Yes I surely was in a panic and stressed frame of mind that gave him the wrong intersection. But to continue yelling at me is unnecessary. Not only did my boyfriend witness all of this the competition was on the phone and heard him the entire time. I had to ask this driver to leave 6 times before I got really angry and swore. He had to point out my cussing as well. For someone that is supposed to represent a service company I am in tot shock of the lack of service and the unsafe situation I was left in because someone wanted to be right.. I suggest you teach your drivers a lesson on grace and kindness. It will go further than being a total jerk. I'll never recommend anyone to your company, shame on your driver.
We have used Goss on multiple occasions. Great customer service. Very friendly and fair. Not only was my Jeep fixed up perfectly in a very timely manner, but they also cleaned it inside and out! I didn't even know I had a jar of sauerkraut in my jeep! Thank you for all you do!
Have used Goss for 40 years. I always feel confident that my car will look like new after repairs.
