I called in describing my cars issues and within a couple days the Schneider Automotive team had it all tore apart and fixed. Very good communication and quality of service. Luke, Chad, and Mike get the job done.

Did a whole new diagnostic when I told them I had one done a month earlier and what the problem was. Nearly $500 later, I was told the same thing from the month prior and then a part was fixed basically as a band aid till the car dies... could have just done the part I told them it was instead of doing another diagnostic.. Staff was friendly enough though.

Natasha we are sorry you were disappointed with our service. Unfortunately since we did not do the first diagnostic on your vehicle we did not know what the problem with the car was. We have to do our own diagnostic to determine what the problem is. This way we can get your car fixed right the first time. Unfortunately we will not just put parts in a vehicle based on what another shop or customer tells us is wrong. Again we are sorry you were disappointed in our service.

I won't be calling for a tow again. I think $450 was too much for a 7 mile tow. Charged my insurance over $1,000 otherwise I couldn't get my car. Since I didn't have them work on it charged me $300 and other charges.

We are sorry for the poor service and the misunderstanding between us and your insurance company. The tow bill was based off the tow being at 5 am on a weekend and a charge to wash the bed of the truck from the anti-freeze leaking all over the bed. Kari called Monday morning and wanted us to write an estimate and her insurance company would be in touch with us. We informed her that we would need to do a tear down on the car to inspect the amount of damage. We did a tear down which consisted of us taking off the front bumper and taking out the coolers to see the damage. It also consists of us doing a pre scan on the computer system as per vehicle manufacture specs. This must be done for anything 2012 and newer that is involved in a crash. Her insurance company called and said they could not make it to look at the car and wanted us to send over our estimate and photos. We did send over the info. After a few days went by we had not heard anything from the insurance company, so we called. That is when we were informed that the customer was going to have a friend fix the car. So, the reason for the additional charges is for the tear down to inspect the amount of damage, the pre scan we did, and an admin / estimate writing fee. Her insurance company never even came and looked at the car, but they were nice enough to issue her a check for repairs off our photos and estimate. Kari was paid in full by the insurance company for the tow and all fees related to what we did. She paid nothing out of her pocket for this. We are sorry that there was a misunderstanding between the customer, the insurance company, and our shop. Our job is to repair your vehicle back to pre-crash condition. We do not cut corners on repairs and want it fixed right. Again, we are sorry for the misunderstanding.
