Getting my car serviced with Gerber was the smoothest experience. After waiting weeks just to get a quote from another shop, I called Gerber and got a quote and filed a claim all within a couple of hours. The repairs didn't take long and the work done went above and beyond my expectations!

Gerber was incredibly professional and helpful. We’re a family from NY (who used to be from Chicago) and having been coming to WI for vacation for decades. For the first time, our car hit a deer. We have a Toyota Siena and called Toyota in Rhinelander who recommended Gerber. As it turned out they were also a preferred provider for our insurance. They were incredibly professional throughout our experience. Very informative about repair timing and expectations. And easy to reach. Car looked great when finished. My family and I are up in St. Germain on vacation and on our way to the zoo yesterday (7/17/23) a deer crashed into our minivan. The vehicle had to be towed and was sent to Gerber Collision. Lindsey was so helpful and nice to work with and Gerber was able to get our minivan in driveable condition so that we can get back home to Northern Illinois. I am very grateful for their service and help! Thank you!

We hit 2 deer, had the car towed there, and I knew it was a total, but insurance. In reasonable time, the estimator called and said it was a total he was at 9500 topside, and the engine was sitting wrong. I stopped by to remove all our property, talked with the estimator, was friendly, and left. Before they released the car to insurance, they called to make sure I had everything I wanted before they released it. Note this was previously Eagle Collision, but they sold out about a year ago. The previous shop had great ratings, new on had good reviews, maybe 18 deer strike cars by ours and other damaged cars.
