The best customer service I have ever experienced. The owner and his wife went above and beyond to make what would have been a financial blow and huge headache almost painless. They really care about their customers and it shows. I was in a serious pinch and they were more generous, helpful and understanding than I could have even hoped. Thank you guys for helping me in time for the holidays!
I found the water pump bearing was failing on my truck on Tuesday. I called a number of auto service centers as I had a doctors appointment on Friday am in Waukesha wi. They could not get me in on time. Corey at Eagle River Service center was able to schedule me for Thursday AM. She was very pleasant and professional. They provided a loaner car, the mechanic did a quality pump replacement, and the charge was reasonable as quoted. They turned a stressful situation into a pleasant experience.
