Reasonable prices, knowledgeable guys

I made an appointment for the gauges to be looked at. When I went to drop it off they thought they were changing a light on my car. I had to re-explain what was wrong with my car and they seemed confused. They had my car for the entire day and never gave an update. I followed up the next morning and they said they think they know what the problem was but wouldn’t be able to look into it further for 3 weeks. What? You already have my car. They said they didn’t believe it was the dashboard cluster and thought it was something. I had to pick up my car, pay for diagnostics and they essentially did nothing. I took it over to another shop and it was in fact the dashboard cluster.

Scott is awesome! He was super helpful and very friendly, which is so hard to find as a single woman going to a mechanics shop. Definitely would recommend checking him out!

Scott not only does great work, but will take the time to explain to you why he's doing what he is and give you advice. He is fair and knowledgeable. You can tell he cares about your car and you as a customer. He wants the best care for your car in the long term, not just the short term.

Scott was great and very professional! I had an oil leak that was causing other problems with my 2003 Honda CRV. A different shop wasn’t able to pinpoint where it was right away and so I took it to Scott’s instead and he was not only able to figure out where it was, he also figured out what was causing my misfiring and was very honest about his findings. He opted to clean a part instead of just replacing it and he did a great job fixing my serpentine belt that was going bad because of the leak. I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone who’s looking for an honest and great repair shop!
