I recently took my vehicle to Mander of Hartland after wind rudely blew a shopping cart into my driver side door! Ugh! Before taking my car in for repairs, I did an AI estimate through my insurance company (this is the insurance company's process), and I knew that the amount insurance estimated for repair was grossly underestimating the amount of work that needed to be done. I was assured by Wade and Noelle that they are well versed in working with insurance companies to make sure any necessary repairs would be covered, and they held true to that assurance. Within 24 hours of dropping my car off, Mander had all necessary repairs communicated to my insurance company, they were approved and my rental automatically extended for the length of time needed to complete repairs. So easy! While all of this is great, it doesn't compare to how well they took care of my vehicle, and the quality of the repairs completed. Not only did I feel like I was picking up a new car, the customer service made the experience beyond what I could have ever asked for. They even replaced the battery in my key fob! I'm pretty sure that's not a standard service, but I know I appreciated it since my car then needs to be recalibrated after the battery is changed. Thank you, Wade, Noelle, and team at Mander of Hartland. You are exceptional, and appreciated! PS As a customer, if your rental car is arranged through Enterprise, they have a relationship with Mander where Enterprise will pick you up with your rental, and then when repairs are done you leave the rental at Mander and Enterprise will pick it up from there. Totally seamless, and made everything so much easier!!
