Great service, Daniel is the man.
Horrible service! Do not use the loft! I had repairs (supposedly)done here paid by dealer and nothing was fixed!
My family van alternator had gone out and we broke down on the freeway on a road trip and the tow truck brought us to the nearby super 8. Even though they were booked up, this shop made time to get us up and running the very next morning. Saved us from tons of grief from being stranded not able to get home.

I can't say enough good things about the folks at The Loft. Car broke down on my travels home. They quickly pinpointed the problem, provided all solution options and got it fixed up in a few hours. The are resourceful, skilled, they care, and they have exceptional integrity. The chosen solution was best for me, not the one that cost the most. I wish their shop was in my city.
Driving down the highway the truck started making hissing noises. Pulled into Loft. The staff were helpful, and got us back on the road. Wonderful customer service! Really nice and knowledgeable mechanics. Felt like they cared about our safety. Would highly recommend their services
I want to say that you guys were a lifesaver to myself and my family. We were traveling from MN to GA for my nephews funeral. My alternator went out right as we got off the exit for what was suppose to be a gas and rest break. The owner was able to get the parts FAST. They were able to fix my truck and get us back on the road within 1.5 hours. I am so grateful for service centers like yours. You guys were polite, honest, and efficient. You guys don't know how much I appreciate everything you guys did for us that day. Thanks
