Today was my second time using Oshkosh auto and glass.... I called today, thursday 5/23/24 approximately 3:00pm. Tim politely answered, took took my info and explained he was with a client, then promptly called me back. He inquired if I needed it done by this weekend and even offered to skip his off day tomorrow because "work comes first". I've got a replacement scheduled next week. This man deserves all of your business and a day off 💪.

Full Windshield Replacement. Pros: Good price, quick service, good communication. Provides loaner car. Cons: New gouge ion my dash. Couple of scratches on inside of glass. Replacement glass seems different than the original. I had a clear UV tint applied and it’s better. Next time I’ll go through insurance. 4 stars. I’m really unhappy with my dashboard.

I had a small crack in my windshield that expanded overnight to be the full length of the glass. The weather was cold, and I had major concerns about the windshield breaking any further. After some research, I stumbled across Oshkosh Auto & Glass. Instead of having to wait two weeks, I was able to get an appointment within two days. I was greeted outside the store, helped out onto the slippery ground, and was led over to a rental vehicle. This was all within 5 minutes of my arrival. I did not need to pay for the rental during the time my windshield was being repaired. My appointment was to take about 2-2.5 hours. After an hour and a half, I received a phone call letting me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was greeted again upon my arrival, they handled the payment quickly and efficiently, and within 15 minutes, I was on the road with a brand new windshield. Not only was the glass replaced, but the front dashboard, cup holders, etc. were wiped down. I am thrilled with how well this new windshield is holding up during the cold months, and I am grateful for Oshkosh Auto & Glass being so accommodating and affordable. Highly recommend!

Such an easy and smooth process. Took care of the chip in my windshield same day and saved it from splitting.

This place is by far the best .Tim got me a window when the other place I went to couldn't and got it put in very quickly and it looks like nothing ever happened. Also it wasn't expensive at all very reasonable. Also let me have a loaner for the less than an hour he had my car .Thanks again for the awesome service highly recommend.
